The Dow Fort Saskatchewan Path 2 Zero UPI Project is the early heavy civil works, undergrounds and utilities package preparing the site for the plant expansion units. OCL is delivering heavy civil bulk earthworks, concrete foundations, underground utilities (firewater, natural gas, sanitary sewer, potable water, power and fiber), case bores and HDD, utility relocations, demolition of mechanical infrastructure, shop fabrication, large bore HDPE fabrication and installation, and rail loading upgrades.
