OCL delivered engineering, procurement and construction of a 5 kilometre by 16 inch natural gas pipeline through an operating oilsands plant at Imperial's Kearl operation. The pipeline traversed water crossings, muskeg, highway crossings and HDD installations, with significant interface management across plant operations and existing infrastructure including dykes, pipelines and high voltage corridors. The project was designed to CSA Z662.
