The Dredge In-Line Flocculation Flow Splitter Scale-Up Project relocated and modified Imperial Oil's existing ILF system for permanent fines treatment operation at Kearl. OCL self-performed engineering, procurement and construction across three major work scopes: relocation of two offshore dredges, installation of a Fine Fluid Tailings pipeline, and installation of a chemical injection pipeline requiring fabrication of two pumps.
