OCL served as General Contractor for site-wide subgrade preparation and final grade completion of tank pads and the entire facility at Sunday Creek. Scope included containment berms, ponds and geotech liners, roads, ramps and deep underground installations, manholes, catch basins and HDPE piping, plus dewatering and final environmental remediation.
