OCL was awarded the design build, working alongside IPL engineering on construction and fabrication of a new LACT (Lease, Automatic, Custody, Transfer) skid for Inter Pipeline's Persist site. OCL fabricated and coated the skid in-house before shipping the final product for field installation, with scope covering metering calibration equipment, piping, structural fabrication, hydro testing, coating, and all electrical and instrumentation work.
