Foster Creek Junction is one site within the broader CLX4 blending station expansion. OCL and its subcontractors delivered foundations, structural and pipe fabrication and install, three mainline 5,000 horsepower pumps, a shelter building, and tie-ins to existing sump and injection systems. The fall 2023 campaign included installation of 109 piles and pouring of the pumphouse gradebeam and three pump pedestals.
