Under a Master Service Agreement with ATCO Pipelines, OCL provides ongoing civil reclamation across southern Alberta. Scope covers excavation, dewatering, backfill and final grade corrections post-pipeline repair and construction, plus matting for station access and crossing protection, sod and seeding, geo-fabric, and security fence installation. Additional services include pipeline repair, blasting, coating and holiday test on underground and above ground pipelines, painting and refurbishment of above ground facilities, and logistical support for major component and equipment moves.
