OCL constructed two 10.4 kilometre pipe-in-pipe underground SAGD pipelines (12 inch in 18 inch and 16 inch in 22 inch) for CNOOC's K1A development near Anzac. Scope covered the full pipeline lifecycle including right of way, stringing, structural anchors, welding, coating, insulation, hydrotesting, ditching, backfill, line heating, leak detection system installation, crossings, and HDD pullbacks.
